Physical copies

Delivery of the full bundle is via DPD. The email address and telephone number you provide are used by DPD to send you updates regarding your order.

Smaller orders such as cars or individual scenarios are sent via Royal Mail. No tracking number is provided, but proof of purchase is always obtained and can be checked if you require. 

Orders are currently printed, laminated, and put together once an order is placed. This means that they are not shipped same-day. Usually I would expect to ship orders within 3 working days. You should automatically receive an update when your order is shipped.

If you receive your order and have any issues, please let me know. Refunds can only be given if the full folder is returned in a re-sale worthy condition. Your original postage costs will not be refunded in the case of change-of-mind returns, nor will return postage costs. Refunds will only be accepted if you email kirsty@tayloreddriving.com within 14 days of your order being shipped, and you then have a maximum of 14 days for it to be returned. Orders out of this time frame will not be refunded. Please do not return anything without messaging first. Alternatively, you can message via WhatsApp on 07930597321.

PDFs

PDFs are automatically emailed upon payment. If you do not receive this email, please firstly check your junk/spam emails. If it has still not arrived within 2 hours, please email me on kirsty@tayloreddriving.com.

The sale of PDF copies is final. No refunds will be given for orders in error, as there is a thumbnail-sized picture of each scenario in the shop to check through before purchasing. Please see the individual scenarios section for these thumbnails, either in the PDF or paper section of the shop.
